Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At The Rhino Home, we take pride in creating detailed, high-quality digital products designed to help you successfully complete your DIY and home improvement projects.

Because all products sold through our shop are digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed and files have been delivered, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

Digital products cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods, and access to purchased files is provided immediately upon completion of your order.

Exceptions

We understand that technical issues can happen. If you experience any of the following, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly:

• You did not receive your download files.
• The files are corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible.
• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
• There is a technical error with the files provided.

If a legitimate issue is identified, we will work with you to provide a replacement file or otherwise resolve the problem.

DIY & Project Disclaimer

Our digital products are intended to provide guidance, plans, measurements, and educational information. However, project outcomes may vary based on factors including, but not limited to:

• Individual skill level and experience
• Available tools and materials
• Material availability and substitutions
• Construction techniques
• Measurement accuracy during the build process
• Local building codes and requirements

For these reasons, refunds will not be issued due to project outcomes, construction errors, material substitutions, variations in finished results, personal preference, or a change of mind after purchase.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to review all measurements, instructions, and project details before beginning construction.
